1 Object of the Service
ChecksMyCar offers analysis tools based on artificial intelligence (invoice OCR, engine video analysis) and OBD data reading to evaluate the technical condition of a used vehicle.
2 Disclaimer
The user acknowledges that the analysis is performed based on documents and media provided by themselves. ChecksMyCar declines all responsibility in the event of hidden defects, undetected engine failures, failures occurring after a diagnosis, or algorithmic errors in data interpretation.
3 Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Access to "Expert" features is via a subscription managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are done exclusively via your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
4 Chat and Transactions
ChecksMyCar connects buyers and sellers via an integrated messaging system. The publisher acts only as a technical host, does not intervene in the financial transaction, and cannot be held responsible for disputes, fraud, or disagreements between the parties.
